We are seeking a Modularization Lead to join our team in Rome, reporting directly to the Modular Design Section.

About The Role:

You will work with the Modular Design Section to manage proposals, basic engineering design, and detail engineering design of modularized onshore projects.

Key interactions include internal collaboration with project teams, procurement, construction, and other engineering disciplines, as well as external interactions with clients, yard fabricators, and transport contractors.

The Modularization Lead will manage the modularization study to evaluate the execution strategy and extent of modularization.

Responsibilities may include:

• Developing the modularization study to support engineering and design, coordinating with other departments.
• Acting as the client's focal point for the modularization program.
• Preliminary weight estimation of modules.
• Providing expertise for optimal modular solutions based on site location, labor, shipping limits, and project schedule requirements.
• Ensuring the development and execution of modularization basis on projects early, establishing standard methodologies to avoid execution risk.
• Coordinating and leading the modular scope during basic design, detail design, fabrication, construction, and logistics planning.

• Qualifications: Master degree in Engineering discipline/Construction management.
• Language: Fluent in Italian and English.
