Tiro Partners Limited is seeking a skilled IT support specialist for a freelance contract. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic company, providing technical assistance and support to our clients.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will have experience in IT/Help Desk support, with a strong affinity for technology and service orientation. Fluency in Italian and English is required, with excellent communication skills and comfort with direct customer contact.
This freelance contract will involve working on-site, primarily in Rome, with potential visits to other offices in the region. The successful candidate will be proactive, independent, and able to manage assets and update documentation effectively.
Responsibilities will include accepting incoming calls and reports on technical issues, processing requests as 1st line support, and providing general operational support to the department.
Requirements- Interest and some experience with computer science or a comparable discipline
- Primarily office attendance, with potential limited home working after gaining experience
- Practical experience in IT Support/Help Desk
- Basic technology knowledge and a strong IT affinity and service orientation
