Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at HG I-Tech. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time hybrid role that offers flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage client relationships and build strong partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market analysis

Requirements:

  • Proven sales management experience with a track record of success
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
