A challenging role awaits an experienced Health and Safety Manager at Amazon Italia Transport Srl, managing the health and safety within the Amazon Fulfillment Center (FC). Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team on-site and collaborating with other teams across the company to improve functionality and efficiency.
  • Analyzing data reports using internal tools to provide leadership with necessary information for making safety-related decisions.
  • Providing guidance and arrangements for health and safety projects and policies.
  • Driving programs designed to enhance the safety culture in Amazon.

**Job Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in health and safety management.
  • Proven track record of implementing effective safety programs.

**Compensation Package:**

We offer a competitive salary estimated around €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect stock units, site performance-related pay potential, and a range of other benefits, including an employee discount.
