About the Role:

E-work Filiale di Verona is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues: Identify and resolve customer issues in a prompt and effective manner.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction: Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Update customer databases: Update customer databases with accurate and detailed information.
  • Prepare customer reports: Prepare regular reports on customer service activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Additional language skills: Knowledge of German language is considered an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or similar roles.
  • Industrial experience: Previous experience in industrial settings.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving and stress management skills.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in using common computer software.
  • Attitude: Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Working Conditions:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-13:00pm / 14:00-17:30pm.

Contract and Remuneration:

  • Collective Bargaining Agreement: GRAFICA INDUSTRIA (13 months).
  • Direct employment: E-work Filiale di Verona.
  • Salary: To be discussed during the interview based on seniority.
