E-work Filiale di Verona is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues: Identify and resolve customer issues in a prompt and effective manner.
- Maintain customer satisfaction: Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Update customer databases: Update customer databases with accurate and detailed information.
- Prepare customer reports: Prepare regular reports on customer service activities.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Additional language skills: Knowledge of German language is considered an asset.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or similar roles.
- Industrial experience: Previous experience in industrial settings.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving and stress management skills.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in using common computer software.
- Attitude: Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-13:00pm / 14:00-17:30pm.
Contract and Remuneration:
- Collective Bargaining Agreement: GRAFICA INDUSTRIA (13 months).
- Direct employment: E-work Filiale di Verona.
- Salary: To be discussed during the interview based on seniority.
