We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Specialist to join our team and contribute to our organization's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and a passion for optimizing production processes.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Specifications Development: Define the technical specifications for equipment and test benches to be built, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Supplier Collaboration: Work with suppliers to install, start-up, and operate machinery, ensuring seamless integration with our production processes.
- Equipment Design: Design machinery and production equipment using CAD systems, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
- Project FMEA: Participate in project FMEA and develop process FMEA for assigned projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Collaborate with the problem-solving team to identify and resolve issues related to processing and assembly, ensuring product quality over time.
- Process Optimization: Optimize production processes in correlation with quality and cost objectives, ensuring maximum efficiency.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with the Quality department to define control plans for finished products, ensuring compliance with customer specifications.
- Training and Development: Train team leaders and production staff on new production processes and the correct use of new machinery, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Productivity Data Collection: Collect and process data related to productivity, ensuring accurate forecasting and final results.
- Education: Engineering degree in technical subjects.
- Technical Skills: Excellent ability to read mechanical and electronic drawings, knowledge of mechanical and electronic assembly processes, and related equipment/machinery.
- Experience: At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing engineering, project management skills, and good knowledge of English.
- Soft Skills: Proactivity, good communication and interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
