About the Job

We are looking for a Transaction Management Specialist to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our front office specialized lending / project & structured finance transaction management team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing project & structured finance transactions.

You will work closely with sector relationship managers and deal principals to analyze transaction structures, develop financial models, and provide recommendations. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in project & structured finance, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing credit approval packages, including reviewing due diligence;
  • Analyzing transaction structures and providing recommendations;
  • Developing/reviewing project finance debt models and running financial models with sensitivity analysis;
  • Supporting sector relationship managers in preparing internal commercial approval memos;
  • Working with risk management to establish internal risk ratings and loan pricing.
