As a Cabin Crew Member with Emirates Airline, you will be the face of our airline, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers.

• Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew members, adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures.
• Manage aircraft services, including meal and beverage service, and ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
• Collaborate with other crew members to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Participate in pre-flight and post-flight duties, including preparing the cabin for departure and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are secure and ready for the next flight.

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Positive attitude and ability to provide excellent service in a team environment.
• High school graduate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English (ability to speak another language is an advantage).
• Minimum height of 160cm and ability to reach 212cm while standing on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform.
