We are seeking a skilled PLC Software Engineer to join our team in Cuneo. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or similar, with strong knowledge of PLC and HMI software programming, SCADA programming, and real-time programming. Additionally, they should have experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, C, C++, C#, Visual Basic, and relational databases like MySql and SQL Server.

The candidate will work on various projects, including the development of real-time automatic controls, optimization techniques, big-data treatment, and machine learning. Good communication skills, attitude for teamwork, and a high dose of personal initiative are essential for this role. Travel may be required, with the possibility of making short trips to client sites around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop PLC software programs
  • Implement HMI and SCADA systems
  • Develop real-time automatic controls
  • Apply optimization techniques, big-data treatment, and machine learning
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of PLC and HMI software programming
  • Experience with SCADA programming and real-time programming
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C, C++, C#, Visual Basic, and relational databases like MySql and SQL Server
  • Good communication skills and attitude for teamwork
