AW LAB, part of the Bata Group, is a laboratory of urban sport style trends with over 270 shops in Italy, Spain, and Portugal. We are looking for a Junior HR Administration Specialist to support our Administration and Payroll Team in managing and processing salaries, ensuring compliance with legal duties, tax, and social security regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the management office staff attendance and support to colleagues
- Support the management store personnel attendance and store manager support
- Support the management of maternity leave, special leave, and Law 104
- Support the management of injury management
- Support the management of Anf (family allowance)
- Support the processing and control of salary checks for areas of expertise
- Support the management of data for the purposes of processing model and model 770 Cud
- Office Suite, in particular Excel
- Team Building
- Result Orientation
- Goal Setting
- Organization
- Adaptability
- Nice to have basic knowledge of labour contract and payroll processing
Work Location:
Limena (PD)
Possibility of working in Smart Working for part of the week after an initial on-site training period
