At Prometeia, we are a leading European company in Risk and Wealth Management solutions and services for institutional investors. Our team offers strategic advisory and corporate finance expertise to financial intermediaries operating in the national territory.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance Expert to join our team in Bologna, Milan, or Rome. As a key member of our Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team, you will provide expert advice to clients on strategic business planning, M&A advisory, and transformation management.
Main Responsibilities- Analyze client companies' operating contexts, historical performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Support clients in developing economic-financial and patrimonial projections.
- Draft functional documents for commercial development and expert opinions as an independent third party.
- Prepare estimation models and quantitative analysis on economic-financial and equity aspects.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree with high honors in business/financial and management engineering subjects.
- At least 1 year of experience in the industry.
- Knowledge of the local banking and financial sector.
- Fluency in English, with a second foreign language a plus.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
