About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Auditor to join our team at Qima. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting factory audits to assess compliance with labor laws and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit manufacturing sites to assess compliance with labor laws and ethical standards
  • Review documentation such as payroll and contracts to verify compliance
  • Conduct employee interviews to gather insights on working conditions and labor rights
  • Identify and report non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Provide recommendations and follow-up on corrective actions to ensure sustained improvements

Qualifications:

  • Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related major
  • Strong knowledge of auditing programs such as SA8000/ISO14001/ICTI/C-TPAT/WRAP/BSCI/SMETA
  • Work experience in 3rd party auditing
  • APSCA RA level is preferred
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
