Job Title: Facility Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Supervisor to join our team at Randstad Italia spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and coordination of maintenance services, cleaning, and reception within our production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the maintenance service of the facility, including electrical, heating, and air conditioning systems.
  • Ensure the correct execution of cleaning, reception, and waste disposal services in accordance with agreements with the client.
  • Manage external suppliers (all services are delegated to external suppliers, except for small technical maintenance tasks, which are assigned to an electrician responsible to the Facility Supervisor).
  • Manage and report budgets: issue orders, manage monthly closures, and verify costs.
  • Manage safety processes, participating in dedicated meetings (in English).
  • Maintain good relationships with the client to ensure the highest quality of service provided.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in a technical field.
  • Technical knowledge in electrical/mechanical fields.
  • Good skills in managing orders and suppliers.
  • Previous experience in a similar role of at least 2/3 years.
  • Desirable: experience in the maintenance sector.
  • Knowledge and understanding of written and spoken English.
