Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Samsung. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing logistics operations, managing internal and external customers, and reporting on logistics performance and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end logistics operation management with logistics service providers, including production, export, transportation, import, and inventory management.
  • Monitor and control reverse logistics, including technical and commercial returns, concealed damage, scrap, and shipment back.
  • Identify and resolve daily operation issues to maximize end-month operation and sales.
  • Provide daily support to grading companies and review weekly delivery order portfolios.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reports on logistics operation KPIs.
  • Conduct scenario-based logistics cost analysis and implement cost-saving actions.
  • Review and improve logistics processes, coordinate key logistics initiatives, and support vendor selection and evaluation.
  • Support internal and external audits, manage stock control, and perform daily stock discrepancy comparisons.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Operations.
  • Professional experience in logistics operations, cost control, and financial analysis or project management.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel and macro/statistic packages.
  • Good written and spoken English and Italian language skills.
  • Less than 10% travel required.
