About the Role

Sixt Italia is seeking a highly skilled Junior Network Development professional to support the expansion and development of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procedures for opening new branches across the territory. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting market and territory analysis to identify suitable locations for new openings
  • Managing projects for opening new branches
  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers and designated entities to secure necessary agreements
  • Monitoring construction progress, optimizing costs, and meeting deadlines
  • Resolving construction-related issues promptly and obtaining necessary authorizations
  • Financial project evaluation (operational forecast accounts)
  • Supporting franchisees and agents in preliminary procedures for setting up agencies

Requirements

Desirable background in the real estate sector, with specialization in commercial activities

Previous experience in developing commercial networks

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent English language skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Willingness to undertake business trips (at least 50% of the time)

Ability to analyze market potential, assessing risks and benefits

Capacity to work towards goals and meet deadlines

Proactivity and strong initiative spirit
