Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Molecular Steward to join our team at Eli Lilly Italia. As a key member of our Parenteral Area, you will play a critical role in supporting the deployment of our Technical Agenda initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive reports on product and process validation status.
  • Provide technical expertise to production process teams and laboratories, ensuring seamless resolution of chemical-physical issues.
  • Manage product-related aspects in Technology Transfer projects and Tech Agenda Site projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Coordinate and lead periodic activities, drafting and presenting final conclusions to stakeholders.
  • Participate in GPLOT meetings, representing the Sesto site and collaborating with global functions to develop common projects and resolve complex problems.
  • Draft scientific studies on specific topics related to the process and/or product, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of registration dossiers in collaboration with the Regulatory team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage process validation activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Provide mentorship to PT members on the production lines of the followed products, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in scientific fields (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, CTF).
  • PhD preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of Biochemistry.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Experience working in complex teams.
  • Skills in data analysis and statistics.
  • Ability to write scientific documents.
