NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of an EU-funded project focused on climate adaptation, resilience, and nature-based solutions in environmental sectors.
We are searching for experts to support the core team during the project's implementation.
The overall objective of this Assignment is to accelerate environmental investments by providing targeted technical and financial advisory support to public promoters within the EU.
The intended start date is June/July 2025, and the contract will be implemented over a period of 24 months from this date.
This role requires expertise as a Senior Water Sector Expert.
Key qualifications and skills include:
Education
- At least a University Degree (or equivalent professional qualification) in engineering, water management, hydrology, or an equivalent field relevant to the Assignment.
Language Proficiency
- Excellent written and spoken English (CEFR C1) or equivalent.
Professional Experience
- At least 15 years of professional experience in water services, water resource management, or flood management.
- Specific professional experience includes advising public authorities, government agencies, or utility companies in Europe in water supply, sanitation, flood management, or drought management.
- Experience related to project preparation or project implementation of municipal water services or flood management projects, proven by at least 5 completed projects.
Additional Skills
- Experience in hydrological modeling will be considered an advantage.
