As a key member of the IRCA Group, you will play a vital role in supporting the Chief Financial Officer in managing administrative and financial activities. This includes acting as a reference for the group's foreign subsidiaries in collecting and analyzing consolidated data.

The IRCA Group is a leading international provider of semi-finished ingredients for the bakery, pastry, and gelato markets, serving independent producers and large food manufacturers. With 22 manufacturing facilities across Europe, the US, and Vietnam, we are becoming a global leader in the semi-finished ingredients industry.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and process financial information accurately. You will be responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly closing reports, intercompany reconciliations, and identifying IFRS adjustments versus local gaps. Your expertise in IFRS accounting standards and basic accounting literature will be essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Economics and Finance, with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role in a company or consultancy firm. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent language skills, particularly in English, are also required.
