At Fidia Farmaceutici, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Senior Technician to join our Sterile Liquid Production Department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, technical issues of plant/machinery, and production systems.

Responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, drafting and maintaining production methods and operating procedures, and providing training to staff.

The Production Senior Technician will also act as a liaison between company functions, participate in audits, and support new project development and performance analysis.

Requirements include a scientific high school diploma, minimum 5 years' work experience in manufacturing companies subject to strict regulations, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
