Candidate Profile

We are seeking enthusiastic recent graduates in Architecture and Design. Candidates from other disciplines will also be considered if they demonstrate a strong passion and some experience in promoting high-end design products or premium services.
+ A genuine interest in pursuing a career in sales and business development.
+ Excellent communication abilities, eagerness to learn, collaborative spirit, and the drive to lead initiatives.
+ Proficiency in English is essential.
+ While formal work experience is not mandatory, any background in Sales or Customer Service will be advantageous.

Program Overview

What is the aim of the program?

The Designia Graduate Program is designed to identify, mentor, and cultivate young Architects and Designers (other candidates may be considered) to evolve into Senior Sales Executives, ultimately fulfilling a Senior Sales position within COSENTINO upon completion of the program.

Program Structure

The initial three weeks will consist of in-class training at our headquarters in Southern Spain.

Following this, participants will transition to their respective Home business offices for practical, on-the-job training.

A three-week international assignment with one of our European Sales teams will also be part of the program.

Throughout the program, participants will engage in two additional in-class training sessions.

In the final four months, participants will work on a specific project, which they will present and defend before Senior Leadership during the concluding weeks.

Post-Program Opportunities

Upon successful completion, participants will be offered a permanent position in a Sales role at any of our Centers across Europe.

Requirements for Success

Recent graduates in architecture or interior design with sales aptitude.

Possession of a valid driving license.

Fluency in English.
