Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Rome. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use nursing judgment and knowledge of gerontological nursing to set priorities and make decisions.
• Implement physician orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform standard nursing treatments and observe residents for desired and unwanted effects.
• Identify patient service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
• Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by monitoring confidential information processing.

Requirements:

• Current NYS RN licensure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
