About the Role:

As a Luxury Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to high-end clients while driving sales and building lasting relationships.

We are 360 Talent London, a leading recruitment firm specializing in connecting top talent with premium fashion brands. Our team is passionate about delivering strategic solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

The Opportunity:

This exciting opportunity offers a basic salary up to €25,000 per year, plus a great commission scheme. As a Luxury Sales Ambassador, you will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be expected to:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, focusing on CRM and after-sales processes
  • Drive personal KPIs and increase sales opportunities through proactive attitude and deep product knowledge
  • Maintain company standards at all times, supporting visual merchandising, stockroom activities, and cash desk operations

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years' experience in a premium-luxury fashion environment
  • Able to identify business trends, demonstrate hands-on approach, and proactive attitude
  • Good experience in building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients
  • Exceptional communication skills, energetic, responsible, autonomous character, and a great team player
