YOUR FUTURE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic, inquisitive, and proactive talent to join our Operations Headquarters or our Plant.
As a Quality Engineer within our Plant, you will report directly to the Quality Manager and gain firsthand experience in managing a complex Manufacturing Department, ensuring adherence to superior quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze internal Quality performance indicators (e.g., waste, rework, costs);
• Conduct end-of-line and process testing;
• Ensure finished product quality assurance;
• Investigate and resolve quality-related product or production challenges;
• Prepare, execute, and follow up on internal process or system audits.

Hold a Degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in a complex environment as a Quality Engineer Are capable of interpreting and visualizing technical drawings Have a solid understanding of Quality tools (Fishbone, 5 Whys, root cause analysis, etc.) Are proficient in Microsoft Office Have a foundational knowledge of Statistics Exhibit a strong entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating proactivity and inspiring others to do the same Have experience in People Management Focus on solutions rather than problems, excelling in problem-solving Embrace challenges and take your responsibilities seriously Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a constantly changing environment Possess strong facilitation and communication skillsADDITIONAL INSIGHTS
