Job Title: Quality Process Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Process Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team at Stevanato Group. As a Quality Process Engineer, you will be responsible for executing analysis and investigation dealing with customers claims, performing process capabilities analysis, risk analysis related to manufacturing processes, and providing high-level service ensuring quality technical issues resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides standard quality level of response and systematic approach to customer claim management.
  • Executes investigations for assigned customer claims, working alongside with other teams involved, providing pFMEA and process capability analysis requested.
  • Implements corrective and preventive actions and deals with internal functions, formalizing issue report and technical analysis able at addressing resolutions to be provided to the leader above.
  • Monitors the alignment of quality and technical global specifications, as well as control plan and methods for SG products working with other teams involved to foster the standardization and harmonization.
  • Maintains proper document management, keeping up to date the repository for the relevant technical and quality documents and ensuring systematic and standard approach, facilitating knowledge sharing.
  • Contributes effectively to the QMS, facilitating the communication pursuing a trustful partnership with internal stakeholders, in line with the applicable standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in scientific university
  • +4 years of experience in Quality engineer or Process Engineer or Continuous Improvement
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of Quality Management System
  • Knowledge of the main Quality tools as Change Control, CAPA, investigation methodology (Ishikawa diagrams, 5 Whys, etc.), FMEA
