Join Our Team as a Quantitative Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Analytics Specialist to join our Data and Analytics team in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantitative analysis, with experience in credit risk measurement, stress testing, financial modeling, and data manipulation. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Conduct data analysis and create data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quantitative analytics
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, or Engineering)
  • At least 3 years of experience in quantitative analysis, with a focus on credit risk measurement, stress testing, financial modeling, and data manipulation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent command of Italian and English language (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
