Job DescriptionAs a Brand and Content Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and be responsible for developing traditional marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. Your main responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Developing comprehensive non-digital marketing plans that align with overall business objectives
- Implementing traditional marketing campaigns across various channels, including trade fairs, print ads, television commercials, radio spots, direct mail, and outdoor advertising
- Creating compelling content for traditional marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, print advertisements, and direct mail pieces
- Identifying appropriate media outlets and negotiating advertising placements to maximize reach and effectiveness within budget constraints
- Conducting market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Working closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and creative services to ensure alignment of messaging and goals
- Managing traditional marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes
- Tracking and analyzing the performance of traditional marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Defining and maintaining the company's brand identity, including brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and communication style
- Developing and enforcing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications and marketing materials, both internal and external
- Identifying and developing strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand reach and relevance
- Ensuring compliance with brand standards and legal requirements in all brand-related activities and communications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree may be preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft compelling brand messages.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative brand strategies and solutions.
- Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
- Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Full proficiency in the English language.
