About the Role

Ferrari is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Legal Counsel to join its Legal and Corporate Affairs Department in Maranello, Italy. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to the company's business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Corporate Governance: Draft and manage corporate minutes, filings, and company books, ensuring compliance with Italian law and regulations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Coordinate with public notaries, manage anti-money laundering notifications, and ensure electronic filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
  • Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and manage contracts related to corporate matters, including branch openings and closures.
  • Legal Research and Advice: Provide expert legal advice on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business transactions.
Requirements
  • Education: A five-year degree in law, preferably with a thesis in corporate law.
  • Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in corporate law matters at a leading Italian or international law firm and/or a leading company.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and under pressure, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professionalism.
  • Language: Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
