What You'll Do
  1. You will provide engineering support to our Sales & Application team by reviewing customer requirements and specifications to identify optimal technical and commercial solutions.
  2. You will prepare and review design packages for the Project Execution team, including process calculations, equipment sizing, and evaluation of sub-vendor quotes.
  3. You will utilise advanced process simulation and emissions measurement tools to design and fine-tune our process plants.
  4. You will establish design standards and project-specific limits.
  5. You will conduct final design reviews before release to fabrication.
  6. You will support Project Execution and Service teams with on-site activities, including troubleshooting and plant inspections.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering (or similar), with relevant experience in process plant engineering or a related field.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to make commercially sound decisions.
  • Results-driven with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Passionate about engineering and innovation.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with global teams and clients.
