With over one million nights rented through our platform, we have welcomed more than 300,000 travelers from 169 countries. We offer a diverse range of road trip possibilities, including short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for talented individuals to join us in our Depot in Ponte Galeria - Rome. As an International Operations Intern, you will represent our brand, provide world-class customer service, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front-office activities:
    • Customer service and sales: Handle check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan functionalities, and upsell road trip extras.
  • Back-office activities:
    • Operations handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campervans and road trip extras.
    • Quality control: Maintain campervans in top condition, identify and address maintenance or repair needs.
    • Support activities: Assist the team in monitoring stock, coordinating the fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues.

Requirements

  • You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You are fluent in English, have a work permit, and a valid driver's license.
  • You enjoy international environments and meeting new cultures.
  • You possess excellent customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • You are eager to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment.
