Documentation Officer Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation Officer to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in Monza.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Goods Entry Team to ensure accurate completion of documentation and attachments.
  • Evaluate anomalies and open non-conformities on the Track Wise system as needed.
  • Work with Quality departments to investigate underlying reasons behind anomalies and communicate with customers.
  • Perform GMP verification of customer sample forms and prepare documentation for customer audits.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inaccuracies in documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and engage with customers.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and track and trace software is a plus.
