Job Overview
As a Field Service Technician – Actuation & Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and providing technical support during the commissioning and maintenance of IMI actuation and control systems. This role involves working with customers worldwide, and when not engaged in service activities, you can work remotely from the office.

Main Responsibilities
• Interfacing between IMI and customers to ensure field activities are completed safely, in compliance with quality standards, and on time.
• Coordinating IMI service teams or external personnel to deliver high-quality services.
• Preparing and submitting service reports and documentation required by customers during service activities.
• Providing technical assistance to customers.

Requirements
• Engineering Degree or Technical/Industrial High School Diploma.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Operational flexibility to carry out frequent services at short notice.
• Demonstrable positive attitude and ability to work calmly under pressure.

Preferred Requirements
• Experience in supervising/executing maintenance and interventions on Electro-Hydraulic and PLC controlled automation systems at refineries or complex industrial entities.
