About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Memory Array Development Specialist to join our team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our Cell Development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing memory-array characterization techniques, analyzing electrical test results, and driving improvements to cell performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement memory-array characterization techniques to improve cell performance and reliability
  • Analyze electrical test results and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, simulate, and implement circuit and process changes
  • Participate in the development of prototype memory products and ensure they meet quality and performance standards
Requirements
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Physics
  • Strong knowledge of mainstream semiconductor memory technologies, including DRAM, NAND, and NOR
  • Experience with alternative/emerging memory technologies is desired
  • Broad knowledge and experience in semiconductor device physics and electronics circuits
  • Proficiency with electrical device data collection and analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong ability to work in a team on complex matters
  • Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and team building skills
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Fluent oral and written English
