Job Description:

As a Nuclear Physicist at CAEN SpA, you will play a crucial role in the development and management of products for nuclear safeguard, security, and environmental radiologic monitoring. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring product quality throughout the production chain, from design to testing, based on market analysis and client follow-ups.
• Collaborating with a team of experts across various fields to monitor product development.
• Providing expert knowledge of products and applications to key accounts, aiming to offer consultative scientific support.
• Traveling nationally and internationally for conferences and customer meetings.
• Preparing periodic reports on market trends, product development, and presenting findings at conferences and in papers.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Particle or Nuclear Physics, or Nuclear Engineering.
• Ph.D. in a scientific field required; 2-3 years of experience in R&D projects preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of ionizing radiation detectors and analog signal conditioning.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) at a minimum B2 level.
• Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) at a minimum B2 level.
