• Install and test Motan machinery at customer sites to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

• Offer proactive customer support to resolve mechanical or electrical faults, defects, or other issues promptly.
• Process customer orders and requests for spare parts, repairs, and field interventions efficiently.
• Promote maintenance contracts and upgrades to customers to ensure maximum equipment uptime and productivity.

• Hold a technical diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Be proficient in using management systems and have knowledge of control systems and PLCs.
• Have experience with electrical diagrams and be able to read and interpret them.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skills.
• Have experience with field interventions and be able to travel within the national territory.
• Have a good command of written and oral English.
