Main Responsibilities

As a key member of the PRAXI team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of Project Managers and Sales Project Engineers. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful execution of projects, from initial planning to final delivery.

Key Activities

  • Coordinate the activities of Project Managers and Sales Project Engineers to ensure effective project execution.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and create technical proposals.
  • Implement, optimize, and monitor internal processes and procedures to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Supervise and promote the effective use of the CRM system.

Requirements

Fundamental/Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing companies producing complex machinery, plants, or production lines.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on meeting deadlines and solving problems.

Desirable/Nice to have

  • Experience in the food processing industry.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the food industry.

Compensation Package

Full-time contract with indefinite term, Metalmeccanico collective bargaining agreement.

Level: Manager

Indicative salary: € + MBO.
