Lilly is committed to developing innovative medicines that make a significant difference for patients with cancer. We're looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Italy, focusing on fully understanding the healthcare ecosystem and identifying key needs to offer valuable solutions to our customers.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience through a multi-channel approach, leveraging personal interaction and virtual touchpoints. Your key areas of focus will include understanding the relevant healthcare ecosystem, planning effective activities, and executing tactics to achieve business objectives.

Key requirements for this role include a scientific degree, English proficiency, and previous experience as an ISF/Product Specialist. Previous experience in Oncology is a plus. If you have strong learning agility, self-motivation, and resilience, and are able to work cross-functionally on patient-focused dialogue, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding of the relevant healthcare ecosystem, including Health Care Providers, payors, patients flow, pathologies, and therapeutic options.
  • Planning through a complete and effective analysis of the reference area and customers, using available data and approved resources to efficiently prioritize activities.
  • Execution of the tactics through collaboration with other team members to create a positive experience and value for the customer.

Requirements:

  • Scientific Degree (D.Lgs. 219/2006)
  • English proficiency (at least B2)
  • Previous experience as ISF / Product Specialist
  • Previous experience in Oncology is a plus
