Il Ruolo

All'interno del Corporate Center, nel team dedicato alla direzione e coordinamento delle attività IT, siamo alla ricerca di un Junior Project Manager. Questa figura avrà l'opportunità di acquisire competenze specialistiche e trasversali, supportando il team nella gestione delle progettualità.

Responsabilità

  • Assistere i colleghi nella supervisione delle attività tecnologiche e informatiche, proponendo l'adozione di politiche e regolamenti adeguati;
  • Monitorare l'aggiornamento delle Politiche di Sicurezza Informatica e delle procedure operative correlate;
  • Gestire i rischi operativi ICT, promuovendo politiche di Sicurezza Informatica e di Governance ICT per garantire un costante aggiornamento delle infrastrutture;
  • Identificare e pianificare le attività necessarie per raggiungere gli obiettivi progettuali;
  • Controllare l'avanzamento del progetto, assicurando il rispetto di tempi e costi, intervenendo prontamente in caso di deviazioni;

Requisiti

  • Laurea in ingegneria o economia;
  • Conoscenza di base delle metodologie di project management e dei concetti Agile, Scrum, Lean, Prince2, PMP;
  • Interesse per il settore IT e le sue evoluzioni;
  • Conoscenza di sistemi informatici e tecnologie di rete per gestire progetti IT;
  • Capacità di problem solving e analisi per individuare soluzioni innovative;
  • Gestione del tempo e organizzazione per definire scadenze;
  • Buone capacità comunicative per favorire il lavoro di squadra e il raggiungimento di obiettivi comuni.

Il lavoro si svolgerà in modalità ibrida, con possibilità di smartworking.
