Enrollment Counselor

Villanova University seeks a highly motivated and organized Enrollment Counselor to join its team. As the primary point of contact for inquiries and applications, this individual will build and maintain relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit new students for non-credit courses and programs in the College of Professional Studies.
  • Manage inquiries and applications, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement strategies for recruiting and yielding diverse prospective students.
  • Collaborate with faculty program coordinators and other university offices to ensure a cohesive recruitment effort.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in recruitment or professional sales.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and demonstrated success in recruiting initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree.
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience.

Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours:

  • The candidate must be able to shift their schedule to work outside regular working hours.
