Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the development and improvement of the Company Quality System;
- Provide support to other departments for the analysis, definition, and improvement of operational processes;
- Participate as an auditor in internal quality audits;
- Analyze data from projects and processes;
- Draft and revise Quality System documents;
- Review and implement production processes to maintain quality standards;
- Work closely with production to ensure that quality protocols are adhered to and necessary verification processes and subsequent implementations are implemented;
- Analyze and test different parts of the production process to check their effectiveness (e.g., products, components, processes);
- Analyze possible problems and develop solution strategies;
- Support project teams in the management of Corrective Actions and Improvement requests.
Requirements
- Preferable previous experience in the role of at least 2 years, gained in medium-structured contexts;
- Knowledge of the Office Suite;
- Knowledge of the ISO 9001 standard;
- Knowledge of the main Quality Control tools;
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English;
- Third-party auditor certification desired.
