Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Expert to join our team at Trench Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform variance analysis for budget and forecast, providing explanations in management reports.
  • Conduct analysis to improve Working Capital by monitoring of inventory levels, A/R and A/P.
  • Offer and order profitability analysis.
  • Product costing.
  • Cost and variance analysis of the backlog and mix analysis.
  • Month-end closing.
  • Supporting treasury for guarantees, letter of credit processes and tender preparation.
  • Process automation.
  • Data Analytics and dashboards visualization.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Fluent English (spoken written), 5+ years of experience in a controlling role in a manufacturing company, experience with SAP, particularly FI-CO modules, advanced Office skills, particularly Excel; PowerBI – PowerQuery.
  • Soft Skills: Organizational Skills, Teamwork, Results Orientation, Problem Solving, Innovation.
