Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for all account-related matters, ensuring effective communication and understanding of fleet requirements.
- Strategic Account Planning:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement strategic account plans tailored to each fleet customer's needs and integrate them in Talixo systems.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
- Contract Negotiation and Management:
- Shortlist potential new partner fleets, make cold calls to acquire new leads, and qualify leads.
- Establish a network of partnerships and negotiate deals across your region and your product line.
- Onboard and train new fleets.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data and analytics to track key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to enhance fleet services and quality.
- Prepare regular reports for fleets, highlighting performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures and further develop our IT system and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the procurement field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with intercultural experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification to drive informed business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to approach problem-solving in a structured manner, showcasing independence and creativity.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- We're looking for candidates residing in one of the regions in Italy.
