Job Description:

As a Senior Project Development Manager at Tn Italy, you will be responsible for leading the management of portfolio projects under co-development with Co-developers and ensuring all development steps are met successfully.

You will ensure that a maximum of MWs under development reach RTB, and proactively seek solutions to issues met by the partners' developers/projects, making clever use of internal and external resources at hand to positively solve any issue in time.

You will be in charge of obtaining the relevant approvals from Management in due time for projects to progress positively, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and implementing payments, and proactively support the Due Diligence regarding portfolio acquisition/partnership negotiation, bringing in your acute knowledge of the permitting of Solar and Wind projects to effectively assess the quality of a portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of portfolio projects under co-development with Co-developers
  • Ensure all development steps are met successfully
  • Proactively seek solutions to issues met by the partners' developers/projects
  • Obtain relevant approvals from Management in due time
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
  • Monitor and implement payments
  • Support Due Diligence regarding portfolio acquisition/partnership negotiation

Requirements:

  • Excellent up-to-date granular knowledge of Project development steps, including Permitting, land contract, grid connection, etc.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, always looking at improving the status quo proactively
  • Proven track record of utility-scale solar projects/Wind project development/acquisitions/Co-Dev. Partnerships
  • Strong project management skills, with strong attention to detail, strong attention to keeping deadlines, and managing Long-term projects on a day-to-day basis
  • Capacity to implement and keep up-to-date project management tools, ensuring perfect reporting on all aspects of a project
  • Strong communication capacity: effectively communicates needs and wants to transversal team in an international and multicultural context

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Other languages are a plus
