Role Overview
The Local Technology Product Lead plays a critical role in managing the local requirements and product life-cycle associated with the rollout of group products. This involves working closely with technology product teams to ensure alignment with local product managers, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
This position requires strong technical understanding of both portfolio/practice products and technology domains required for integration. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development, delivery, and lifecycle/continuous integration, as well as business analysis and requirements gathering.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate local product features and requirements into buildable roadmaps and technical specifications
- Manage local market integration and interface for product developments
- Interlock overall product costs/demands on the practice with local product manager, pre-sales, finance, and governance
- Progress demands, impact assessments, and sequence/local delivery
- Undertake in-life local technology management (including service and systems) where it relates to interlocked product roadmap
Requirements
- Technical product development, product owner experience, delivery, and lifecycle/continuous integration experience
- Strong understanding of products and technology under responsibility, including knowledge of local technology domains required for integration (IT/NWs)
- Business analysis and requirements gathering understanding needs and impact of technology deliveries
