Consea Group is seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing the complete product life cycle from inception to obsolescence.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications;
- Develop and manage product marketing materials, including product positioning, messaging, and sales collateral;
- Train sales teams and support key customer opportunities;
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with 3rd parties;
- Responsible for pricing, budgets, and profitability of products;
- Evaluate, compare, contrast, and position competitive product offerings and maintain competitive matrices;
- Act as the business liaison with key partners, customers, and sales to drive revenue, market share, gross margin, profitability, and program success of product families.
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Engineering; Master is a plus;
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- 1-4 years of experience in product management or a related field;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically;
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
