Senior Africa Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Africa Regional Sales Manager to expand our global sales force and contribute to GWE's business development. The role is a challenging position for sales and results-driven candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell complete (waste)water treatment plants, waste-to-energy, and biogas utilization installations in the assigned region.
- Identify opportunities for GWE's clients and prospects through frequent visits to the area.
- Promote GWE's innovative technologies to prospects and clients.
- Maintain and further develop the network of existing clients, governments, engineering agencies, and local advisors.
- Collaborate with GWE's sales and engineering team to deliver economically attractive solutions tailored to clients' requirements and local conditions.
The ideal candidate will have a technical bachelor education, multiple years of sales experience in the industry, preferably wastewater/biogas/energy. They should also have experience with long sales projects with complex DMUs and a recognizable network in the food industry.
GWE's clients include local organizations as well as multinationals, mainly active in the food & beverage, starch, distilleries, palm oil, paper & pulp industry, and semi-private solid waste companies. Affinity with the mentioned industries and an existing contact network are advantages.
About the Role:- Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
- Frequent traveling required (35% of the time)
