DeFi/Tokenomics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled DeFi/Tokenomics Specialist to join our team at Mood Global Services B.V.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of decentralised finance platforms, protocols, and instruments. They will be responsible for guiding our strategic choices in the DeFi space, ensuring that we leverage the best platforms and tools available.

As a Tokenomics and DeFi Strategy Advisor, you will be at the forefront of this financial revolution. You will be analysing and interpreting tokenomics trends to optimise our financial offerings and collaborating with a team of experts to develop and implement DeFi solutions that align with our organisational goals.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements include:

• Deep understanding of DeFi: Comprehensive knowledge of decentralised finance platforms, protocols, and instruments
• Tokenomics expertise: Familiarity with token design, distribution strategies, and understanding of how tokens can drive behaviour in decentralised ecosystems
• Quantitative research: Experience in quantitative research, especially in the digital assets market-making space
• Security: Knowledge of security protocols in the blockchain and DeFi space
• Communication skills: Ability to explain complex DeFi concepts to a non-technical audience
