As a Senior Value Consultant at TN Italy, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional value to our customers by streamlining their processes and driving measurable impact. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

The Role

  1. You will work closely with customers to uncover strategic priorities and develop tailored solutions using Celonis Process Intelligence.
  2. You will build robust business cases and demos, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices to win new customers.
  3. You will lead Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and present the findings and recommendations to C-Level executives.

The Work You'll Do

  1. You will facilitate business value workshops and utilize Celonis to identify opportunities for process enhancement and improvement.
  2. You will develop and implement process improvement measures, driving tangible results and customer satisfaction.
  3. You will present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives, showcasing the impact of Celonis Process Intelligence.
  4. You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey, including landing, expanding, adoption, and renewing.
  5. You will create a strategic expansion roadmap for customers, embedding Celonis Process Intelligence as a strategic business transformation platform within their organization.
  6. You will provide actionable feedback to our product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases.

Qualifications

  1. Live for Customer Value: 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment. Ideally, in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with a Business Software/SaaS Provider or Consultancy. Alternatively, in an In-house role (e.g., Center of Excellence for Data Mining/Analytics/Intelligence) within an Enterprise.
  2. Data, Analytics, Applications & IT: Good knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), experience with implementing RPA and/or BI Tools and/or building Dashboards, Apps, and Action Flows. Knowledge of Python and/or SQL. Experience collaborating with IT teams.
  3. Process Improvement & Value Realization: Experience identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent, and training users/process owners to realize value.
  4. Project Management: Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines. You will manage multiple projects across your aligned accounts, each at different stages of the value journey. You will also leverage partners from the Celonis Ecosystem wherever possible.
  5. Executive Stakeholder Management: Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  6. Business Domain Expertise: Understanding of the Finance and/or Supply Chain domain, as well as strategic transformation initiatives (e.g., Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation).
  7. Industry Expertise: Proficiency in Supply Chain operations and adeptness in cultivating a profound comprehension of industry trends and strategic prospects.
  8. Degree: Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable degree program.
