Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Seasonal Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer experiences during the holiday season. As a key member of our in-store team, you will be responsible for creating memorable moments for our clients and supporting our sales team in providing luxury hospitality services. Key responsibilities include:

* Greeting and interacting with clients in a warm and courteous manner
* Managing the floor waiting list and offering in-store hospitality services
* Utilizing storytelling and conversation to discern client needs and partner them with the appropriate Client Advisor
* Engaging with clients and sharing Tiffany & Co. history, product introductions, and service offerings
* Assisting sales team with boxing and wrapping items

Requirements:

* Previous experience in luxury hospitality industry or retail
* Client-focused mentality
* Exceptional verbal communication skills
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Italian and English skills are mandatory; a third language is a plus

Work Conditions:

* Full-time (40h per week) from Monday to Sunday
* Period: from beginning of November 2024 until end of January months
