Job Opportunity:

Manpower Italia Srl is seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join their team in Florence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property and commercial litigation.

Responsibilities:

* Provide expert legal opinions on complex IP matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
* Advise on legal issues related to unfair commercial practices, advertising law, and consumer protection.
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts involving IP rights, ICT, and AI.
* Manage in-court and out-of-court commercial disputes, collaborating with outside counsel as necessary.
* Contribute to the creation of legal guidelines and procedures for IP-related matters.

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Law.
* 2-4 years of experience in IP matters and/or commercial litigation, preferably gained in an international law firm or the legal department of a pharmaceutical company.
* Strong understanding of the legal landscape surrounding AI is highly desirable.
* Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English is essential.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
