Job Summary

This Emerging Creator Operations Manager role involves developing and implementing strategies to mobilize emerging creators in Italy, working closely with the Strategy team to meet revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deploy strategies to incentivize emerging creators in Italy, promoting going LIVE and monetization.
  2. Define and implement operation actions for different creator layers, monitoring revenue growth and meeting monthly targets.
  3. Coordinate video ad creation and deployment to promote going LIVE, as well as plan and write copy for in-app push notifications.
  4. Design educational plans for emerging creators, choosing education types and scheduling them on a monthly basis.
  5. Establish a community for emerging creators, deciding on the best channel and taking on the role of community leader.
  6. Conceptualize and execute emerging campaigns (competitions) with rewards, adapting them to country-specific cultural moments.
